Ready to live a better life? Contact behavioral psychologist, that will make sure your lifestyle gets better day by day.

Are you ready to live better?

My life, research, and work are all about understanding how to live fully in the present—with awareness, connection, and vitality. Healing means transforming the emotional, mental, physical, and relational challenges that come from past trauma and attachment wounds.

Now, it’s your turn.

My career has been spent learning different approaches to healing–from gestalt therapy, polyvagal theory, different talk therapies, to brain mapping and bio/neurofeedback.  I’ve researched, learned, and tried many things so you don’t have to.

When you work with me, I will honor your consent and where you want to go in our work.  I will approach with curiosity to explore roadblocks to you discovering your self-agency, experiencing psychobiological shifts of expansion and settling.  If you choose to do bio/neurofeedback, we will work with the underlying physiology that create symptoms you experience.  If you choose to do relationship work the exploration is on a foundation of creating secure functioning, safety, security, and fairness in your relationship.

Imagine what you want for your life. It’s all here waiting for you.

My career has been dedicated to learning and integrating various healing approaches—from Gestalt therapy and neurofeedback to PACT, developmental, and object relations. I’ve explored many methods so you don’t have to.

In our work together, we’ll identify roadblocks to your self-agency and focus on fostering the emotional and physiological shifts that support your growth. If we focus on relationships, our work will center on creating secure functioning, safety, and fairness in your connections.

Imagine what you want for your life. It’s all within reach.
